"Since the appearence of Endtime's "IN THE SHADOW OF DEATH - A SCANDINAVIAN EXTREME MUSIC COMPILATION" there's been a blizzard of interest in VARD؇ER. The Norwegian band's contribution "Footprints of Thunder" spun a web of classical symphonies and traditional folk studded with the beautiful anger of black metal. With that special scandinavian sadness added, their music was so powerful that you couldn't help wondering what else VARD؇ER had released.
